The UFOIRU Directive Document
The UFO Investigations & Research Unit is a non-profit making organisation committed to seriously researching into the UFO phenomena. Our role is one of information gathering both nationally and globally. By recording and collating factual information which has or could have a direct link with the UFO experience, we aim to raise the awareness not only of those who may be interested in the subject but that of the general public as well. We are in liaison with many people including scientists, military intelligence, and political and professional people who are fully aware of the alien presence and their unfolding agenda. We are not a UFO group open to the general public, but a covert research team operating in very sensitive and restricted areas. Our objective over the past 20 years has been to glean information from every area of UFO research from around the world to find common denominators relating to the understanding of the alien agenda and abduction phenomena. We operate many programmes of research many we have listed below in more detail.

UFO Global Research Programme
This Programme concerns gleaning information from all around the world. We are interested in an ongoing international correspondence from any one who may have had an Abduction or Contact experience, or has had a UFO sighting or information on Animal Mutilations and Crop Circles. We would welcome a information exchange to create a better understanding of how the UFO phenomena effects and is perceived by different cultures from all around the world. Our researchers look for common denominators relating to the UFO experience, which gives us an excellent overview of cultural and geographical differences. We also request peoples personal opinion on the UFO phenomenon, what they believe is going on and how they perceive the contacts will effect theirs lives and others around the world. Abduction-Contact Support Group
The main area of our work is investigating abduction and contact cases, which are totally different in research content. We use only professional Hypnotherapist to hypnotise and council witnesses, but we must stress we do not base our data solely on hypnosis. There is much controversy and criticism regarding the use of hypnosis to retrieve information from UFO witnesses, some of this is justified but most is not as most critics are knowledgeable in hypnosis but not in abduction. The inconsistencies and contradictions in abduction are not always caused by poor training or by bad wording of questions in interviews, but by implanted screen memories and the fact that some experiences are not of a physical nature. Over many years of work we have been able to discover procedures that bypass the screen memories and the implanted mental block placed in the subconscious of the abductees by the UFO entities. By breaking down or bypassing the mental block the witness does not require hypnosis to retrieve their abduction memories, as they will slowly recall their experiences by themselves in their own time. This gives us an opportunity to understand different alien agendas and their overall objectives relating to humanity and the planet earth, and help in understanding their evolution, culture and motives for contact.

The Greys are only one of many alien civilisations visiting earth at the moment and interacting with humanity but they are by far the most controversial and play the most dominant role. They use extremely complex contact protocols consisting of mind scan, bonding, indoctrination, testing, spiritual acceleration and above all the hybrid breeding programme, which lies at the very heart of their agenda. It has been quite apparent for many years that there are many different types of entity with the most common being the Grey (E.B.E). Not all of these races are extraterrestrial in the true definition of the word, we are now aware of genetic information that indicates the evolutionary path of some of these beings.

Within the multitude of differently reported groups there are faction's that serve different agenda's What we know from the hundreds of abduction/contact cases we work with is the profound change people have after an encounter. Many people obviously feel fear, anxiety and isolation; but large proportions also feel a great spiritual awareness and view their lives from a more tolerant position.

The majority of people who have had an Abduction or Contact experience suffer from "Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder" relating to their experience and need to be counselled by professional people to help them overcome their anxiety. One of the ways we do to assist abductees is in the release of anxiety and trauma, so we invite people to join our Abduction Support Group. We run two types of groups, a large meeting for people who have had substantial awareness and understanding of their experiences and a number of smaller groups with approximately 6 people in that are selected on the bases of the number of common denominators relating to each others experiences. This is of great benefit to people as they all feel isolated from others and especially from family and friends who do not understand or just want to ridicule them. This is one of the most expensive areas of our operations and as the great majority of people we deal with come from low income families we do not charge for this service at the moment. The only way at present to cover our operating costs is to pay the bills with our own funds rather than add to the problems of the abductees. This situation limits the amount of cases we can take on and can not be sustained indefinitely.

Jilaen Sherwood CCHT
Jilaen is the UFOIRU investigations director for the United States, and she is based in Tucson, Arizona for nine months of the year. Jilaen is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and has worked with Ted Lowman of UFO AZ, and Bob Dean of Stargate International, plus many other leading UFO researchers. Jilaen also specialises in many other areas of associated research including healing and conducts abduction regressions sessions with witnesses from the US and England. Roy Dutton
During the past two years we have been co-operating with professional people and many advances have been made in some areas of the UFO phenomena. In particular we have been working with Roy Dutton, a retired civil engineer who has created the computer ability to not only predict the time of a major UFO incident but also the location, and he is hoping to make new protocols for human instigation of ET contact, CE 5. Roy has achieved this by developing computer programmes that correlate information from UFO abduction, contacts, and sightings. The computer analysis of relevant data has indicated which star systems, planets and other astronomical information the ET civilisations need to consider before they can instigate an abduction contact. Roy has assisted many serious UFO organisations from around the world that are actively seeking UFO contacts. Some of these groups have had tremendous success especially in Canada and Ireland; in one case a UFO was filmed leaving a large lake at precisely the time Roy predicted. Roy and colleague Edward Ashpole submitted an essay paper to the "National Institute for Discovery Science" as part of a global essay competition concerning the theoretical surveillance of our planet by an ET civilisation.

The essay called "The Scientific Search for Evidence of Extraterrestrial Intelligence in the Solar System" won joint first prize and more information regarding the criteria and objectives of the competition can be found at the "National Institute for Discovery Science" web site . The objective of UFOIRU is to combine Roy Dutton's work on computer projected activity areas and our research on alien abduction cases. This combination of data will hopefully help us not only to determine when and where UFO craft will appear but also which intelligence is controlling them. This can only be achieved by the correlation of precise details of the UFO phenomenon. We have been studying the many different types of craft and entity for years and there are many distinguishable characteristics that separate not only the different ET races but also their culture and most importantly their agenda.

Animal Mutilations
We are involved in the investigation of Animal Mutilations in the UK and other parts the world. Over the past 3 years there have been a number of mutilations on farms within a 25-mile radius of our hometown Shrewsbury in Shropshire so it has been quite easy to access any changes in mutilation procedures. Some of our colleagues have been working with a number of scientists and veterinary surgeons that have conducted necropsies on dead mutilated animals from around Britain and have been active in serious investigative work regarding this problem. One of the scientists involved in our animal mutilation investigation is Rodney Ashby who has conducted research regarding the presence of silica that seems to have been heated to melting point, and also that these deposits respond to a magnetic field. These deposits now known as H-Glaze can be detected in some animal mutilation sites and some crop circle formations. More information may be found at Rodney Ashby's Web site.

The presence of microwave damage has also been detected at animal mutilation sites, crop circle formations and in controlled monitoring of abduction events. The presence of microwave damage resulting from the transient, very rapid, high-heating energy can only be explained by the interaction of very high microwave energy power source of unknown origin.

We also have a very interesting case in the same area of the mutilation activity where a family has experienced abductions over the past 20 years. During one of these abductions which took place at an isolated area near their home the mother and daughter observed what they first thought was a helicopter approaching them. When the helicopter hovered quite close to them it only then became apparent that the helicopter was really a disk shaped craft. There have been many sightings of strange helicopters in the vicinity of discovered animal mutilations. The intelligence responsible for these mutilations have advanced visual stealth technology that renders them invisible to the naked eye so they can conduct their activity's in near total secrecy. We are conducting experiments with new technology that might counteract these stealth abilities and hope to rerecord actual mutilation proceedings. We are presently seeking funding to set up a surveillance unit to monitor animal mutilations in ongoing activity areas.

Summary
What have we learned from the study of animal mutilation cases in the UK so far? By comparing mutilations here in the UK with cases in the USA a marked difference is indicated. The majority of US mutilations imply a high degree of heat like a laser is used to cut and then cauterise the tissue, were as in the UK no heat has thus far been detected during necropsy examinations. Microscopic changes in tissue and plants exposed to microwave radiation have been detected in mutilated animals and crop circles, for microwave tissue analysis (see for example, a PDF document at National Institute of Discovery Science and for microwave radiation effects on the environment see Rodney Ashby's research work and references therein). Researcher Tommy Blann, from Lewisville, Texas, USA has traced animal mutilations back to the early 1800's in England and Scotland, and the mutilations also include horses, dogs, sheep, and rabbits. This evidence would indicate that the animal mutilation mystery is nothing new and something is monitoring our planet over a very long time scale. Unless Coyote's, Foxes, and Badgers have unknowingly to us have evolved to the point they now dissect their prey with a scalpel then cook it I think we can eliminate natural predators from the suspect list.

If natural predators are not responsible what are we left with; our ongoing investigations and research do indicate the following possible hypotheses. It is no secret that the US military have developed a highly sensitive and precise radar tracking system. The Phased Array tracking centre at Flyingdales in North Yorkshire has detected many unknowns, some travelling at 33 times the speed of sound. Any incursion of our atmosphere by an unknown but intelligently controlled craft could be tracked to a precise landing point. The occupants could then conduct any animal mutilation and genetic sampling and then leave the dead carcasses behind. Then a covert military operation could be mounted using unmarked helicopters to retrieve the evidence before the farmer or public could be made aware of the situation. There are a number of interesting cases here in the UK and in the US that something along theses lines are taking place. Many ground examinations of the mutilation site in the US has detected impressions or pod marks. In one such Investigation in the Rio Arriba area of New Mexico law enforcement officers concluded the following. Examination around the area revealed that a suspected aircraft of some type had landed twice, leaving three pod marks positioned in a triangular shape. The diameter of each pod part was 14". Emanating from the two landings were smaller triangular shaped tripods 28" apart and 4" in diameter. Investigation at the scene showed that these small tripods had followed the cow for approximately 600 feet.

Tracks of the cow showed where she had struggled and fallen. The small tripod tracks were all around the cow. Other evidence showed that grass around the tripods, as they followed the cow, had been scorched. Also a yellow oily substance was located in two places under the small tripods. This substance was submitted to the State Police Lab. The Lab was unable to detect the content of the substance. A sample of the substance was submitted to a private lab and they were unable to analyse the substance due to the fact that it disappeared or disintegrated. Some of the theorises put forward by investigators were the experimental uses of Vitamin B12. Testing of the lymph node system and possible links to germ warfare testing. Radiation traces were found, but it is believed this type of radiation is not harmful to humans, although approximately 7 people who have visited the mutilation site have complained of nausea and headaches.

The only way to solve the animal mutilation enigma and to form an understanding to why it is being conducted is to gain access to a far grater sampling pool of mutilation cases. Often farmers will misjudge a mutilation and put it down to predator attack or dispose of the evidence as to avoid any investigation by the authorities. We urgently need Farmers, Veterinarians and the General public to contact investigators immediately so as much data as possible can be studied. We are living in a world of secrecy and uncertainty, if we join now as one people and one force we can secure a future for our children and our planet, and an understanding of realities until now hidden from us.

Operation Direct line (CE 5)
These programmes consists of two teams of observers positioned at vantage points overlooking the target site, and are linked by radio so a different perspective can be achieved relating to a CE 5 encounter. Roy Dutton has produced a detailed graphs that indicates high incidence times and dates for possible encounters at designated observation sites, on a number of occasions we have been able to capture on video true unknowns due to Roy's work. We are currently conducting CE5 sky watches in the south Welshpool area of Powy's were a number of abductions and animal mutilations have been reported. On the 30th of October 01 an observation team using Roy's prediction charts filmed two unknowns manoeuvring in zig zag erratic flight paths beyond any known conventional flight abilities. It is hoped the development of specially adapted night vision equipment by our scientific colleagues utilising different area's of the magnetic spectrum will assist our teams in the understanding and monitoring of these true unknowns.

Anti-gravity
Due to our scientific and military contacts we have been able to discover more pieces of the puzzle concerning anti-gravity propulsion linked to high electromagnetic fields. Boyd Bushman senior scientist for Lockheed Martin is developing some pieces of the puzzle and has hinted at the possibility that some of their present knowledge of antigravity does come from intelligence's that are beyond our present understanding. We have had access to extensive research papers over the past year regarding scientific work conducted in the early seventies, this work would shock and amaze most people that so much has been understood about advanced propulsion but has been suppressed through fear and ignorance. We are quite aware of many companies that are working on the theoretical feasibility of these technologies especially in the area of anti-gravity. In this area above all others researchers could hold the key to an energy source that could transform our world, but it could be decades before a major breakthrough is made. It is our objective to leapfrog the normal evolutionary process of science as we feel it is imperative to understand more concerning the alien technology and their agenda. We are fully aware of the scepticism in the scientific community regarding this subject but our research and its conclusions are not made over weeks or months but over decades of work linking researchers from many different areas of expertise to create a global data gathering system.

Alien Awareness Programme
This programme concerns passing information to the public, some people have had sightings and others have had their imaginations fired by TV programmes or newspaper articles and just want to know more. We do this by purchasing hundreds of copies of books, video, magazines, reports, and even information from the Internet and then we loan them out and slowly rotate the information. This gives people an opportunity to access information not readily available to them and allowing a greater awareness and comprehension of the UFO phenomenon here in the UK and around the world.

Research Findings
Over the many years of abduction-contact research it became apparent that the accepted conclusion drawn concerning the Grey's was not consistent as their behaviour and agenda was a roller coaster ride of contradiction. The reason for this is that there are many different types of Grey with different agenda objectives, they would appear to be factional and under the control of different higher forces each group conducting their work in accordance of their given part of the overall plan. There are many accounts of small Grey's wearing uniforms with symbols on the chest such as the cadeusis symbol, this symbol can also be found imbossed in the back of chairs in craft and also displayed on the walls. What is interesting is that the first accounts of people to see the cadeusis symbol in craft were the contactees of the fifties such as George Adamski and Daniel Fry, these were all contacts with beautiful looking humans but no reports of greys were mentioned in these encounters. We have evidence to indicate the Nordic human looking beings created the Grey's as the perfect biological robot designed to work long-term in deep space and under ground in low light and confined spaces, the agenda of the Nordics and the Grey's are the same. The Nordic being is not truly extraterrestrial, they are alien to us only because they have evolved somewhere else but are linked to us and the planet from a very distant time in our past. Our research would also indicated that the Grey's could be a distant cousin of man created from the same gene pool.

Amongst the multitude of intelligence's visiting planet earth some are definitely alien, some are far from alien, others are dimensional from realities we are just starting to comprehend, in all a complex diversity of intelligence's. We are not alone and never have been, it is time to take our place in the cosmic community and this can only be achieved through knowledge and wisdom. Let us open our eyes, hearts and our minds to the opportunities these contacts might give us, to hide our heads in fear will only result in our continuing path of war and self-destruction, it is a chance we must not ignore. Much of our research remains for the present restricted, the reason for this is the general population of the world is not ready for full disclosure of the alien presence and their agenda. Only after a greatly accelerated indoctrination programme would it be safe and appropriate to disclose the bigger picture.

Funding
U.F.O.I.R.U. are now looking for research funding from UK companies or individuals who are interested in the pursuit of a greater understanding of the UFO phenomenon. We are aware of the developing ET agenda concerning our planet, and realise the indicated urgency for us to have a clear comprehension of alien motives for contact and interaction. We find ourselves in a unique position of starting to comprehend why they are here, and what plans they may have for "OUR EVOLUTION". To some people our research conclusions may sound unbelievable but some of the intelligence's visiting our planet are highly advanced technological civilisations they are not gods, and some of their technology is starting to be understood and within our grasp. We do not pretend to have all the answers but we do have a rare insight in to a dimension of reality that with help could benefit all of humanity. We find ourselves repeatedly frustrated with our research in as much just when we start to make real progress in any particular area we find ourselves slowed or stalled because of the lack of resources and funds.
